She She’s Closet Refund & Return Policy

At She She’s Closet, we take pride in offering unique, handcrafted pieces and exceptional service. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, we’ll gladly help you with a return under the following conditions.


🕒 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.


💳 Refund Method

  • All eligible returns are issued store credit for the purchase value (excluding shipping and handling).

  • Store credit can be redeemed in-store or online.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available.


📦 How to Return

In-Store Return:
Bring your item and receipt to our boutique within 30 days of purchase.

Online Return:
Email us at SheSheCloset@gmail.com with your order details to request a Return Authorization. Our team will provide return instructions.
(Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit once the original item is returned.


Florida and Broward County Compliance

This policy complies with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) and Florida Statute §501.142, which requires retailers to clearly post refund terms.
If a return is not requested within the stated period, the sale is considered final.
She She’s Closet fully adheres to Broward County consumer protection guidelines and reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
